In private practice, I work with people who are on the perinatal journey from fertility through early parenthood to help them navigate adjustments to their changing bodies and relationships. I help people rediscover which connections are most important, whether that be to themselves or those around them. I recognize the importance and impact of breastfeeding (chest feeding). I am a train Brainspotting therapist phase one and in training for Yoga and soon to be EMDR trained.
