Bio

I am Delaney. I am a cis gendered, able bodied, straight woman. I am Armenian, Italian, and Irish, and I am deep in the work of processing my own conditioning and intersectional identities. I am a deeply emotional, loving, spiritual, passionate, loud, curious, playful, and wildly imperfect human. I am a teacher, caregiver, lover, friend, and fur mom. I am a registered nurse, public health nurse, Master's prepared healthcare educator, and co-wellness chair for East Bay ENA, as well as a dancer and choreographer for Sangha Dance.
 
I am a very somatic person, I am a tactile learner. To truly explore and understand something, I need to feel it in my body. Dance gives me the opportunity to explore what I am feeling, what is coming up for me, what lives inside me, the different parts of my identity, my relationship with myself, and with others. 
 
I share my passion for dance. I use my lifelong dance experience along with my experience as a nurse and healthcare educator to guide my students towards wellness and internal freedom through dance. I am so grateful to hold this space to share the immense wellness benefits of dance. 

I am here to connect with other creatives, healers, and entrepreneurs, to discuss challenging and thought provoking topics, and to continue to grow as a human and as a professional.
