DeJay Li has been one of the co-founders of Canwis Consulting, a consulting firm has been serving cannabis and hemp space since the inception of the regulated industry in Canada and USA. He has dedicated his career investing and operating cannabis and hemp businesses included cultivation, processing, retails, pharmaceuticals, and cannabis real estate in last 7 years.

DeJay has involved in early stage Canadian cannabis licensing, hemp licensing, cross-border venture deals, start-up cannabis operation, and joint ventures. He also planned and oversaw corporate strategy and various aspects of operations, including business development, sales and marketing, as well as investor relations.

DeJay has been actively serving CBD sector across North America and Asia-Pacific. The combination of his expertise in the medical cannabis industry and his Chinese background allows him to assist companies in strategically deploying foreign capital across industries. He has been invited as key note speaker in many major industry and development conferences such as China’s International hemp industry investment and financing Summit 2021.
