With a passion for cooking ever since his school days, Prashant Singh.

Hailing all the way from Kushinagar in Uttar Pradesh a bordering district close to West Champaran in Bihar, his culinary culture has the essence of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh( Purvanchal).

He recalls watching the show Twist of taste with Chef Vineet Bhatia, later hosted by Chef Vikas Khanna on Fox Life. The former became his major source of inspiration with the way he travelled all over the country tasting authentic recipes and making each dish his muse as he recreated them with his own twist.

Having changed his life as he says, Prashant now shifted his focus to the vibrant world of Indian cuisine.

A year ago, while he watched Anubhav Sapra on the Delhi Food Walks travel all over Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, discovering the food lost in the modern hullabaloo, he realised the need for the people of our country to know and learn more about such organic content.

He started cooking with his main focus being to put forward the regional cuisine of India to the people and the best platform for that as he said was social media. When people often ask him about how several of these recipes are still in use without them being aware of it, he feels immense happiness and pride having shown the people a part of the rich Indian culture.

After finishing his course he plans to continue training himself in the domain of Indian cuisine, striving to bring more of the forgotten recipes to public platforms.
