How did I turn my wounds into wisdom?
I saught help and decided to become certified in the modalities that helped me the most. Now I stand on top of the "shit" pile.. (challenges) I went through as fertilizer to assist others who have been through trauma. I teach others how to stand on top of their shit and help themselves and others around them



Bio:
Deborah Bibaud is a single parent dedicated to raising her son with love and courage.
In the past five years, she’s faced her addictions and mental health issues directly, and in the midst of those challenges, she’s dealt with the complex consequences of sexual assault. Her coping strategies include sharing her journey through her photography, poetry, art, and using her voice.

She was able to change lives and laws in Canada in how Rape and domestic violence calls are first responded to by police.

She has dedicated herself to finding alternative methods to Healing from Trauma in hopes of assisting others on their own Healing HART-land Journeys.

One of her dreams and plans is opening the healing HART-land experience. Where healing through A.R.T (Articulate, Reframe, Transform) begins from one's HART, it is encouraged through multimedia methods of artistic creation.

Focusing primarily on assisting our at-risk Indigenous youth while working toward reconciliation.
