Over the last 25 years, I have gained a range of skills and experience from my roles in corporate finance and more recently as a certified NLP Practitioner and Wellbeing Life Coach.

With personal experience of returning to work following an ectopic pregnancy, I understand the importance of ensuring that the process is planned and meets the needs and expectations of bereaved employees.

Using my experience and insight, I provide support to bereaved employees as well as guiding a network of employers who wish to enhance their bereavement provision.

As well as providing support for employers, I provide specialist
NLP coaching for healthcare professionals who work in bereavement care roles, complimenting their professional training.
I am available to also provide patient insight during early pregnancy loss symposiums and study days.

Working one on one and in groups, holding space, asking deep questions and allowing self-discovery. Coaching allows you the time and space for your mind to really process changes that need to be made to move you forward into your desired future. As a coach I facilitate the process, helping you navigate your way over the learning bridge instead of crawling slowly out of the ravine that you may fall into. The true power of a coach comes when they know when its time to listen and when its time to speak!
