Started buying investment property using owner financing when I turned 18.
Owned five investment properties before moving out of my parents home.
Currently building a new home for my wife, two daughters and myself.
Started doing furnished short term rentals in 2008 in Vieques, Puerto Rico.
Started “Beach Bums” beach rentals and boat charters in 2008.
Currently own 18 properties in the downtown Indianapolis area.
Happy to help others whenever I can however I can.
