Author & presenter; his first book, “Nonlethal Weapons: War Without Death,” was recommended reading at the US Army War College.

Former leader of the USSR, Mikhail Gorbachev, invited David to speak at the Gorbachev Foundation’s “State of the World Forum” in 1996; His topic, “Alternative Concepts for Conflict Resolution;” attended by global political and spiritual leaders.

CEO of an “Operational Medicine” company (2SRG). A Med-Dev engineer, researcher & tester; published in Defence Management Journal, Defence Global, Journal of Special Operations Medicine, and Emergency Global.

He is a DIA (DS-T) & CIA trained “Remote Viewer”. His second book, “Psychic Warrior: Inside the CIA’s STARGATE Program,” is a bestseller published in 16 languages. This book was the first work to reveal the CIA , DIA & NSA interest in and the use of Remote Viewing as an intelligence collection methodology. Its controversial publication opened the door for others to tell their “official” stories.

He authored two more books; “Remote Viewing: The Complete Users Guide to Coordinate Remote Viewing” which is the 399-page civilian version of the RV Training Manual he was tasked to write by the CIA/DIA Directorate for Science & Technology’s Chief Scientist, Dr. J. Verona, and Program Manager, US Army Colonel J. William, and Branch Chief, GS-15, F. Gavin.

His novel, “The Deceivers” a story about “Strategic Deception,” in the SAP, “TORN IMAGE” targeting drug Cartels in the 1990s; is owned by Paramount Pictures & Producer Mace Neufeld (Patriot Games, Clear & Present Danger, Hunt for Red October, and 34-others).

David is writing the authorized biography of MG (Ret.) Kenneth C. Leuer; the Army officer given the “GEN C. Abrams-Charter” to reform the first Army Ranger Battalion in 30-years (in 1974), the precursor of today’s “Great White Sharks” of the Army.
