I am based in Chicago, and am working towards a reimagined hospitality industry. In SPILL, we seek to do this by offering a proletariat host of hospitality-oriented discussions and changing how we view and digest food/beverage media. Kisira Hill is my Co-Facilitator, and also Co-Host of Anthropological. Our continued goal is to pay hospitality workers for their voice, work, content, and creativity, and to amplify their voices and embolden the types of conversations we are having.

With Mor Hospitality, I am able to offer consultation and collaboration with existing and new brands, especially in the beverage community. In addition to formulation development and branding consultation, I am available for consultation, menu development, and team training for new and existing bars/restaurants. Mor Hospitality is also developing new and innovative strategies to better curate a consulting experience for the hospitality sector. For the past year, I’ve been offering Virtual Bartending Classes to intimate groups and corporate happy hours, and the like. Anywhere from 5-75 people have been on these calls, each receiving their own cocktail kit, and witty and thorough education, whilst sipping on several cocktails.
