I'm a general practice attorney experienced in business litigation, business and real estate transactions, M&A, start-ups and virtually all aspects of the cannabis industry.

Licensed to practice law before the courts of New York and New Jersey since 2011.

I consult, advise and manage cannabis business license applications, brand development, deal negotiations, crisis management, dispute resolution, mediation, litigation and appeals. I work independently or as part of a team with c-level executives, attorneys and/or other subject matter experts.

Since 2013, I have advised cannabis, hemp, cbd and delta-8 companies operating throughout the US, Canada, Israel and South America.

As a co-founder of several cannabis businesses, I’ve had the opportunity to step out of my typical day-to-day lawyer’s life and dive into business, spearheading and managing highly competitive projects.

I’ve had the opportunity to negotiate strategic business alliances, joint venture terms and contract language; recruit and hire dozens of executive level technical/specialist positions; scout and secure qtargeted real estate, obtain necessary zoning permits and exemptions; manage teams of technical writers; and successfully raise 10's of millions of dollars for companies that were pre-revenue, at $100 million valuations.
