Our motto: Making Ambassadors

At Focus Feedback we help many large (international) organisations to understand why customers are loyal and if they consider leaving we figure out why they leave, and more important, what actions it takes to keep them on board.

At Focus Feedback it is all about bringing customer experience to customer excellence. We do so mainly by measuring Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and collecting other relevant information such as reviews and ratings, at various touch-points. These data are gathered and analysed, allowing us to distribute helpful insights to the right people within (even the global) organisations in easy to use and meaningful dashboards.
