I started Investing in the 1990's with residential property. It wasn't until 2015 that I came into Commercial Multifamily. My first deal was a 208 unit in Tulsa, Oklahoma. That deal I didn't close. My second deal was 104 units where I had to raise Capital and that deal closed. Following that property was a 80 unit property where I had to raise Capital and we closed. Capital raising is something that I consider to be an important role and need to be learned right along with underwriting and I love underwriting. Underwriting is my passion.

I have a team, mentor and work with others to help them to get their deals to the finish line.
