What is SwaVarta ?

It is a self created word having roots in Sanskrit, Swa meaning Self and Varta means dialogue.

A process which I have been aware of doing over more than two and a half decade which primarily constitute of having a dialogue with self ( p.s. literally we engage in having conversation with ourselves individually and in group).

I use different processes but the primary one is SwaVarta- A dialogue with self is also my core practice( speaking, listening and silence) to facilitate and coach.

Core area of expertise:

I have major two areas of work facilitation and coaching- through meaningful conversation for emergence and participatory leadership.

I work on conducting experiments and building prototypes.

I conduct Facilitation work in Mindful Leadership and Circle of Compassion. I work in creation of 'Cooperation and collaboration'.

Some core questions I reflect upon ( sharing few here) :

How institutions can (work and ) live together?

How can we create spaces for healing ?

How can we live san labels ?

How can we teach and practice Dharma* ?

*Dharma- A construction of what is cosmic duty which goes beyond just being right for one( is the central theme from Mahabharata).
