Hi, I’m Anita a former corporate marketer and founder of a SME business called Dark City Foundry – we make cold drip coffee! 🙌

💻 Professional marketer – been on both the product management and communications sides, though I do prefer comms.

🙋🏻‍♀️ Extroverted introvert but can talk about coffee all day long.

🐶 Owner of 2 pugs. They are technically the company mascots but sleep all day on the job!

🏋🏻‍♀️ CrossFit, 🏃🏻‍♀️ running and 🧘🏻‍♀️ yoga addict.

Why cold drip coffee? I’ve been making cold drip coffee for over 10 years and started the business in 2018 making commercial quantities of cold drip coffee. Mostly to keep with my coffee habit…well that’s half true! 😂

I make cold drip coffee at 2-3 degrees over 10 hours and at those temperatures you don’t extract the bitter and acidic compound in coffee. You end up with a strong black coffee that doesn’t need milk and sugar to disguise that bitter flavour. Plus, it keeps for months in the fridge!
