Actor/Director/Producer

I write horror movies and produce them. I’m currently producing Eduardo Sanchez’s (The Blair Witch Project) new feature, The Deceivers. I directed an award winning short, Everything’s Fine which you can find on Omeleto (on YouTube). I’ve been asked to pitch some ideas for Hulu’s Bite Size Horror which I will also direct.

Acting is still a huge passion. I’m mostly a badass comedic scene stealer in indies such as Bad Johnson, Who Gets The Dog?, and Stranger Than Fiction. I can definitely hold my own with dramatic work as well. TV credits include Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, Detroit 187, and Bad Sides...which I co-created with my best girl, Nathan Adloff. Our short films Cock N’ Bull 1 & 2 (yes there’s a sequel) can be seen on Outfest Now, Revry, Seed & Spark and Dekkoo. Nathan and I are currently developing a TV series based on the shorts.

Currently looking to green light 3 horror features (each a different sub-genre) made with my producing partners, Lisa Cisneros and Teresa Schaeffer, the three of us make up Rhodesclosed Productions. Our mission is to put POC and LGBTQ+ characters at the forefront of storylines in a genre that typically pigeonholes us (myself being gay).
