I've been in the B2B tech industry for 14+ years selling hardware, software, and custom applications across almost every industry. I've worked for small startups and Fortune 500 companies and currently coach startup CEO's on sales and mindfulness.
I have spent over 7 years practicing and studying mindfulness including daily meditation practice, silent retreats, transcendental meditation, and academic study.
Certified mindfulness/EI instructor from SIYLI (originally formed at Google).
These practices have helped me maintain some sanity in the rapid tech scene.
