Born in Honduras, living in Boston since 1996.
I’m a chef, classically trained. Lately have been studying and learning the foods of Latin America specifically the Central American area from Yucatán to panama.
I have a degree in civil engineering that I have never used. Always wanted to be a chef.
Music Aficionado since I was 6.
Learned to play guitar last year during the lock down . Me a guitar and a laptop.
