A native New Yorker, Danita Davis is a celebrated legend of the music industry for various roles as “the original video vixen,” in classic HIP HOP music videos. From Oran Juice Jones’ “The Rain,'' Whodini's “One Love,” and Run DMC Aero Smith “Walk this Way,'' after starring in numerous videos Danita left the world of entertainment to launch her career into the world of sales and marketing with LVMH, Diageo, William Grant & Sons, and Remy- Cointreau, to name a few. Learning from the crème de la crème- Château Grand Marnier, Moet Chandon, and the House of Krug, Danita has established herself as the go-to person to stage artistic, one-of-a-kind encounters. Having been part of teams that launched brands such as Hennessy Black, Jack Daniels Honey to Moet Nectar Rose, she consistently yearned for more.
So, in 2013 she launched her own events company "The Event Stylist ".

In 2016, Danita decided to put her events company on the back burner and started writing stories as therapy and healing after the loss of the two most influential women in her life – her mother and grandmother. The stories were shared with friends and family and they soon convinced her to submit to editors and publishers. Danita, forever the maverick, decided to step outside the box and began writing about erotic encounters after being told she lacked passion from a failed relationship. Her first short story was immediately picked up by Sugarcane Magazine and was published on Valentine’s Day 2016 and since then she’s been courted by some of the top film studios for potential content. Danita then decided to self-publish her first book of erotic short stories releasing Slippery When Read A Journey of Erotic Experiences; a dynamic journey of short stories that takes you through vignettes of erotic experiences.

At 54 my advice to a 25-year-old-NEVER give up and follow your dreams.
