Hi, I’m a chocolate fanatic, have been since as long as I can remember. Upon discovering I could make my own chocolate from beans (who knew) back in 2007, I began to discover this whole new chocolate world that had been masked by the crap they call confectionery for my entire life to that point. I make, judge, talk incessantly about anything to do with chocolate, I love exploring the flavours hidden away in the cacao bean, just waiting to be discovered by anyone who may dare to do so.
