My deep passion for advocacy has led to a decades-long endeavor to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion within my community and beyond. My personal and professional mantra is, "Amor fati," which is Latin for "love of fate." It is an intentional mindset, a choice to make the best out of what life throws your way. "Amore fati" means treating each and every moment, no matter how challenging, as something to be embraced rather than avoided. This philosophy is the driving force behind my commitment to my own personal growth as well as helping others to become the best possible versions of themselves.
