Born 50 miles south of Paris, France Daniel Coullet is passionate about people and culture, leadership services and innovation. He excels in change management and transition, when times are tough and outcomes are uncertain, he believes strongly that by leading with a positive, open mind and innovative thinking, people can achieve the impossible. Daniel is uniquely adept at cultural diversity, his work across multi national geographies coupled with his deep experience in customer success and customer experience enable him to create and deliver high value solutions to his clients. He is exceptionally skilled at grasping a client’s current challenges, identifying sources of competitive advantage, engaging senior leadership and rallying cross-functional teams around transformational change.
Today, Daniel serves as VP of customer success – Global support at Qlik, a global data analytics company. In this role Daniel is leading the global support team into the endeavor of subscription and SaaS. He is transitioning the organization from break/fix mentality to predictive and proactive by nurturing Qlik customers ensuring that they adopt our solutions and achieve their outcomes.
A subject matter expert for “out of the box” thinking, Daniel brings a wealth of experience to Qlik as a senior leader with a proven track record of global business transformation, service innovation, customer success and engagement. As a former competitive athlete, he has a passion for winning driven by practicing multiple sports from trekking, biking, swimming and skiing. It is with this same commitment that he drives his teams to success and high performance.
Daniel holds an Executive MBA, HEC Paris, and a Master of Science, Polytech, France’s leading technical university. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.
