🏃‍♀️Career Highlights (most recent first):

✅At 31, with the help of amazing volunteers, I ran for Humboldt County Supervisor in 2018 on a pro union, pro BLM✊🏾, pro Small Business platform, denied the 4-term incumbent a Democratic Party endorsement, and lost by a thin margin.

✅Consulted with the Employment Development Department on the Humboldt County Economic Development Strategy in regards to cannabis and ancillary businesses.

✅Founding Board Member of the Humboldt County Cannabis Chamber of Commerce, first of its kind in CA with over 100 members hosting monthly mixers.

✅Assisted legacy cannabis farmers in HumCo post-legalization permit processing and advocacy

✅Youngest member to hold an Executive Board seat on the Humboldt County Democratic Central Committee

✅Coordinated Humboldt County cannabis educational farm tours in 2014-2015 (prior to passage of Medical Regs/Prop 64) for then CA Lt Gov Gavin Newsom, current CA Treasurer Fiona Ma, local, state and federal-level elected officials.

✅Source for cannabis journalism/documentaries featured in Rolling Stone, Politico, PBS, Netflix, regional tv/radio

✅Panelist at Emerald Cup, Cannifest, and Golden Tarp Awards on various subjects relating to cannabis policy, women in weed, and the economics of cannabis.
