📋 How to facilitate a Clubhouse session:

1️⃣ Have a clear topic or question.

2️⃣ Reintroduce the topic periodically as new people arrive.

3️⃣ Notice when someone goes off mute, and ask them to speak. Ask speakers to say their name before they speak and say “I am complete” when they finish speaking.

4️⃣ Use the drinking horn principle. Share time the way the Vikings shared a drink. In other words, don’t hog the air. 🤭

5️⃣ Mind the gap. Leave a space between speakers. 🤫

6️⃣ Notice when someone has their hand up.

7️⃣ Be curious. End every sentence with a question.

8️⃣ When many talk at once, “stack” them. “First Star Lord, then Thor.”

9️⃣ Periodically summarize the conversation.

2️⃣ Non-leading
3️⃣ Start with what/how (not why)
4️⃣ Ask one (not three)
5️⃣ Dumb questions = smart questions
