Be more than you were yesterday- let’s talk about Ethics, Planet, & Small Business

The most valuable dialogue I bring to the table is exploring our self, our purpose here on this planet and what we can to enhance personal responsibility each day.

My approach in business and in life is deeply rooted in my understanding that life is 90% of our attitudes and actions we take from the inevitable 10% of what life throws our way. A quote I paraphrased by Chuck Swindoll and is one that you can find next to my high school senior yearbook picture.

I believe that people can be challenged if their enneagram allows for it, but understanding boundaries and limits to everyone’s unique personality (take your enneagram and let’s talk about it) needs to be approached uniquely. For one, I am conflict- forward and mean well, but often times have a “kick in the pants” impact on things I see need improvement.

This is one of the parts of why I’m here on Clubhouse to progress in- a completely vulnerable and pliable way to enhance verbal communication building awareness around myself and others.
