Damon Gettier is a married father of a 3 and 7-year-old. He has been in real estate since 2002. Damon started a team before real estate teams were even cool (2003)!

During the 2008 crash of the real estate market, Damon jumped into short sales, and REO’s becoming the dominant agent in his market. Damon lives life by design and not an accident.

While he is engrossed in all things real estate- a Damon has not worked after 5:00 PM or on weekends for more than 5 years now.

Damon and his team have been the #1 Selling Team in Central and SW VA for 8 years in a row.

Damon has been out of production for over 7 years and focuses his time on running his team, coaching agents around the country, and running five other businesses for multiple streams of income.

Damon has coached multiple agents to making over a million dollars a year.
