My main working career has been dedicated to the business of golf. Across sixteen years of experience, my journey has included roles at all levels of operations, sales and management at venues and management companies including Target Golf Management, Synergy Golf Management, My Golf Group, Moyvalley Golf Club, New Forrest Golf Club, Citywest Hotel & Golf Resort, and the Spawell Golf Centre.   

In 2017 I joined the Confederation of Golf in Ireland (Golf Ireland) where I provided business consultancy and training to club owners, staff and officials across Ireland. During my time with the CGI, I created numerous resources to guide clubs in proven business improvement practices most notably the Golf Club Membership Development Hub and Club Business Planning Guide. 

I’m a keen student of the business of golf and completed a Bachelor of Business Studies at UCD in 2018 and a Diploma in Club Management from CMAE to compliment my industry experience. 

In Nov 2019 I returned to My Golf Group to establish and lead the Club Consultancy Services. I am responsible for overseeing company operations, working daily across a portfolio of private and public sector clients to develop business-critical areas including; sales and marketing growth, membership development, operations, change management and strategic planning. I am also responsible for researching and sharing best practices with clubs.
