As a lifelong athlete, Jerome played football and was a three-time All-American runner in track and field at Widener University, where he graduated with a degree in Education. Jerome’s athletic talent led him to play Arena Football (in-door professional football owned by the NFL, subdivisions) and compete in Olympic-level track and field after college. While running Olympic-level track, perusing arena football, and simultaneously teaching middle school science, Jerome realized that his education and athletic background were a great combination.
For the last 12 years, Jerome has been a successful personal trainer in Conshohocken, PA. His biggest strength is his teaching ability. This idea lead him to think about packaging education and fitness into personally training individuals.
