I’m a family man, passionate teacher, author, and successful entrepreneur.

My mission in life is to teach people how to fall in love with Fitness so it enhances the rest of their life experience.

Day to day I’m the founder and of director of DMC Fitness Scotlands leading private 1-2-1 Fitness education centre.

In my career I’ve delivered over 30,000 hours of private 1-2-1 coaching. I’m really proud of the impact I have serving our clients.

Other stuff about me,

I grew up around poverty, crime, drugs and violence.

I was a Non Educated Delinquent.

Due to my childhood trauma I abused alcoholic and drugs to fill the void.

I’m a reformed criminal.

I served in the Army. 7 years -997-2003 in Right Flank 1st Battalion Scots Guards Household Division. Operating in Northern Ireland, Sierra Leonne and Ceremonial Duties in London.

I’m heavily dyslexic and I live with a severe mental illness which I manage holistically.

I’ll finish with this,

The shadow, as Jung mentioned, is the doorway to our Self. The many dare not descend into their depths, but this is exactly what we must do if we are to become who we really are.
