David has consulted, written and lectured around the country on the art of consumer service, wedding design, leadership development and the business of catering. In addition to numerous TV and radio appearances, his hosts have included the American Institute of Wine and Food, New York University, Institute of Culinary Education, International Culinary Center, Society for Women in Foodservice, New York Restaurant Association, James Beard House, The New School, Catersource. International Special Events Society, The Learning Annex, The Special Event, Bill Hansen’s Catering Camp and The Fancy Food Show.
