Just launched my creative agency after spending the last 7 years in corporate America building a diversity and inclusion advertising team as a media sales executive. My relationship with thousands of Human Resource Executives/agencies and my strong partnership with membership associations like the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and HBCUs led to over 10,000 minorities getting top STEM jobs and internships at employers like Google, HP, NASA, and Facebook. Employers tasked Human Resource teams with reaching marginalized groups with a limited budget while being scrutinized for fulfilling their diversity initiatives and proving an ROI on all their investments. I was their savior 😅

At some point during the BLM movement I decided continuously seeking and begging for a seat at someone else’s table (business) wasn’t in my DNA, building tables however was; so I created Goodwin PKWY.
