Corporate Program Development

Over 15 years of leadership and patient care experience combined with prior USAF active duty service, Hyperbaric Medical roles, coordinating care, and developing growth-oriented treatment plans while training other peers to deliver outstanding results in program development and patient care.

Patient-focused, with leadership skills including business development, marketing strategy, program and training development, quality assurance, and risk management.

My overarching career aspiration is to become a leader of resources for Outpatient Programs and Development while helping my hospital become the preferred provider for outpatient care. I have served in a variety of roles within the medical field starting in Hyperbaric Medicine while on active duty in the USAF to my roles within Post Acute Medical as a Physician Navigator and Outpatient Program Director.

I enjoy collaborating with team members to bring the fusion of strategy, medical technology and marketing, culture, and organization to build a consistent and repeatable growth that increases hospital volumes and revenue. I love patients and I also enjoy equipping, building, and training leaders. Marketing Post-Acute Medical programs and solution selling are among the strengths that I offer.
