Over a year ago I was asked to help a friend start a brokerage in Houston, TX. We wanted to make a priority on supporting our agents at a high level with a focus on growth mindset, accountability, achieving goals in a positive engaging environment. Today we are 26 agents and still growing and learning!

Being in leadership has grown me so much over the past few years and being surrounded by people who see my worth, push me and hold me accountable has allowed me the space to grow my confidence and dream bigger. I’m still growing, I still struggle but I’m NOT giving up. Always happy to help and support people around me and lift them up.
