Henze Gustave is a senior-level executive, who specializes in complex UAS/UAV/Drone flight operations, risk reduction solutions, data processing, infrastructure inspections, Advanced Drone Operation (ADO) training, and metaverse/blockchain solutions. Some of the drone operations include volumetric calculations of stockpiles for mining companies, Drone Delivery Operations for Walmart & Google Wing and even capturing cinematic reels for MTV’s reality show “Siesta Keys”.

Henze now focuses on Drone Training in the Metaverse as the Head of Metaverse for Drone Cadets due to an impressive background and track record of implementing workforce development programs & courses for various drone companies. His goal is to help underserved communities break into emerging technology sectors, such as the Aviation industry with drones, and the Finance industry with blockchain and cryptocurrency.

In order to deliver on that goal, Mr. Gustave helped implement the ASGI Pipeline to Careers model which helps individuals in the drone program to acquire their drone certification and land a job or internship with Drone companies that are in need of qualified pilots.
