YFSU was established in 2010 and has served over 3000 fathers/children in underserved and disenfranchised communities. Our overarching mission is to educate, support, and empower new and expecting fathers, in an effort to reduce the infant mortality rate throughout Wayne County/ The City of Detroit.

...I believe that fathers (ABBA) is not the head of the home, we are the foundation of the family. ABBA is inherently designed and to protect, support, and sustain everything under our care. Our fathers are systematically alienated, emasculated, and economically castrated. Nearly every social-ill that our society faces today is directly related to a lack of fathers in the home.
Regardless of the country, state or city, where there are a lack of fathers, poverty, crime and social decay will follow. (Mal 3:6) I unequivocally believe that strong fathers and families are the solution to many our nations problems. Fathers are not optional, we are essential to the total development of our children, families and this nation!
