I counsel and coach men, 16-24, or more mature, 25+ which feel stuck mentally, and who are not able to move forward due to a traumatic past, which shows up as anger, isolation, or various numbing behaviors know their value, learn how to use their voices, and develop an emotional vocabulary in one-on-one/groups in person and online.

 

 

Facts

The CDC says men have a 4x rate of suicide for men to women.

The substance abuse programs are 85% percent male to female.

The jails are filled with young men.

 

In this anti-male society, Men, there is not 🕛 to be traumatized. YOU are needed. Women and children are counting on YOU.
