My crusade is to teach people self-love through healthy eating and exercise. Once we learn how to love ourselves, can we do all things in love.
I am the founder of Create Your World, LLC, a health and wellness organization that is rooted in physical, mental and emotional well being as a lifestyle.

Living my life-long dream of giving back to the youth as a highschool health and wellness instructor, I am able to use the academic platform to plant seeds in the youth to be proactive rather than reactive about their health.
Once living a very unhealthy lifestyle of almost 300lbs, it was my personal health journey that inspired me to help others take better care of their health through proper nutrition and exercise by becoming a health coach and founding Create Your World, LLC.
