I’m a man who believes in serving God and His people.
God gave me the vision to start Shattered Chains Christian Ministry where it is our mission to assist everyone in shattering the chains that keep us bound. The mission is to Shatter the chains ⛓ not simply break them because broken things can be fixed.
I’m blessed to lead the ministry with my wife ❤️Nicole Carter. We have 9 kids and 12 grandkids.
