A stage 3 breast cancer diagnosis in 2013 turned out to be the greatest gift I’d never ask for. Sounds absurd, I know, but it woke me up to my life. I threw out the mainstream “how to do life” rule book and learned how to slow down and connect to the meaning and purpose that is always available.

Now I follow my truth like a guiding light (as much as possible...still an imperfect spirit in a human suit here!) and I am honored to help other women do the same.
