🌻I'm Courtney Rousseau (she/her) a Holistic Life Coach who uses Human Design to help women release the "shoulds" of their past and present to ultimately accept who they were designed to be.

🌻Human Design found me two years ago, but I have been guiding women through the great experiment of life since 2011. With a Master's in Education and nearly a decade of career counseling experience, I thrive in spaces where I can help people be seen, heard, and validated. After working with me, clients go from feeling guilty about who they are NOT, to loving who they already are.

🌻As a 6/3 Emotional Generator, I am LIT UP by helping others see themselves as a true masterpiece. I only have two defined centers in my Human Design chart. This means that I can easily connect with and feel others’ energy including their fears, doubts, beliefs, anxiety, pressure, and motivation. This unique gift allows me to mirror your true self back to you while peeling back the layers of anything you are not meant to hold in your energetic aura.
