I have been a life-long athlete and fitness enthusiast. In addition, I’ve always been a student of life and always strive to learn and be more. Most of my career has been as an engineer, but that was always just a job to me and never a true calling. Through my life I have always helped friends with fitness and health advice and have enjoyed helping them work toward their goals in whatever way was welcome. I worked part-time as a personal trainer in the past and really enjoyed it. I have always had a passion for fitness and really gain fulfillment from helping people, so I decided to follow my passion and make my work mean more to me.
Now I work on engineering better health and fitness.
I continue to learn more and more about how our ability to reach fitness and any other wellness goals are connected with so many aspects of our being that I felt I could provide a more holistic approach to fitness coaching. From that was born Sync.
