🔧I started my career doing technical support, so I’ve got solid (somewhat rusty) tech chops.
🚨My next step was to become Support Escalations Manager. Got upset customers? I bet I can help.
💡 Today I lead LogRhythm’s first formalized Knowledge Management function.
🙏 On the Community Management side, I curate a space where we can integrate our work with our social human nature.
