My Story

My own awakening began in 2005, before that I was an firm atheist and a successful software entrepreneur. I founded, built, bought, and sold software businesses before I discovered service and the gift of giving, which changed the trajectory of my life.

I spent 6 years as the CEO of A Glimmer of Hope Foundation (Glimmer). Glimmer works in remote rural villages throughout Ethiopia, providing millions of people access to clean water, education, healthcare and provide micro-finance loans to women and farmers. In 2010, Glimmer's work was ranked #7 globally on Barron's list of The Best 25 Global Givers, based on its effectiveness and impact.

Since 2005, my life started unfolding in ways I could never have imagined. In 2013 a shamanic healer awakened within me that I literally had no idea was in there.

Becoming fascinated with human behavior and what drives people, I dove into studying many methods including:
