Sha is also Co-Executive Producer and Producer of the annual Total Faith Awards & Tribute to the African Diaspora Awards 🏆

Sha started over two decades ago as a recording artist working with some of the greatest artists and producers in the music industry. Including his work with iconic Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, actress, producer MARY J Blige (MJB)... his debut as a published recording artist was on her “No More Drama” album, track #3 “Steal Away” featuring Pharrell from the Neptunes 🎤🎧🎼

Sha went on to start MLHW Publishing Co. ✍🏾 and the MLHW Management, Inc. managing a rooster of various artists while simultaneously working as a consultant designing clothing👕. His experience within the print media industry was established by working with his cousin Antione Clark, as Managing Editor for family owned business. Independently distributed F.E.D.S. (Finally Every Dimension of the Streets), 📰📙a successful urban street magazine that displays music artists, articles and interviews of the incarcerated who share their stories proving that crime does not pay.
