I hold the dual positions of Managing Director at EMS-GLOBAL LIMITED and a Licensed Consultant at Organizational Excellence Specialists Inc. Over the past eight years in research and consulting roles, I have dedicated myself to helping businesses foster a culture of excellence, maximize profits, deliver value, and effectively manage risks.

I have recently assumed the role of Goodwill Ambassador for the ISCM Foundation in Brussels, Belgium, with a profound commitment to making a global impact. My passion lies in facilitating the realization of dreams and the achievement of goals for business owners and organizational leaders. Backed by an MBA in Executive Corporate Governance and Business Leadership, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this endeavor.

My extensive background encompasses various roles, from business consulting and PPP/JV project negotiation to prolific writing and development, demonstrating my prowess as a management specialist. Serving on the board of institutions such as the Tanzania Private Schools’ Teachers Union (TPTU) and as the Director of Research at Liberty Sparks, I have contributed to esteemed think tanks, research institutions, and international organizations, including REPOA, ESRF, and DAIMA ASSOCIATES. My active involvement in research projects for entities like United Nations, AMDT, SADC, EAC, JICA, ROSA-Stiftung, and more underscores my unwavering dedication.
