To help us Queens practice Self-Love & Challenge Dream-robbing thoughts, I’ve created the Queen’s Dealing with Depression through Dance (DDD)💃🏾, a monthly, 3-day, virtual empowerment fest! It’s a space for all Queens to practice self-love, move our bodies, and feel connected to a positive & uplifting community!
