That’s not why you joined this work, is it?
After 15 years in education nonprofits, that’s exactly how I felt. I wondered how we could continue to make a difference while honoring our own humanity and that of the people we serve.
If Covid has taught us anything, it’s that employees are people and our leadership structures need updating to recenter the human experience at work.
That’s why I coach nonprofit and education leaders on how to live and lead with compassion, dignity, and purpose in all parts of their lives.
