CREATED A VENTURE CAPITAL FIRM
- Purchase blocks of Real Estate and acquired a Gas Station through an equity acquisition.
- At the height of this operation we had 10 blocks under acquisition and assignment

- Restructured the company by passing the Commercial General Contractor License aced the test on the first go around. This was an 8 hour exam.

- Became a federal contractor because my Corporate Office was located in “The Hood” (Opportunity Federal Hub Zone)

- Selected as one of the youngest mInority Commercial General Contractors to work on a $25,000,000,000.00 budget in Houston with Hurricane Harvey.

- Served as a minority Commercial General Contractor in Florida on Hurricane Michael this was a $22,000,000,000.00 dollar budget.

- Created the Smart App that is projected to improve the economic equity disparity between the top 1% and the working class.

- Currently Focusing on Economic Development improving the economic disparity gap between the top 1% and the middle class.
