Glow and Grow is an organization that seeks to enhance the virtuous self-perception of young women through mentorship. We will encourage girls to develop mindsets that will transform their communities, learn self-worth, and redefine what it means to be an empowered young woman.

Glow and Grow will teach young women that they can do anything they put their minds to. We will reshape the thought process of young impressionable women so they remember they control the narrative of their lives. We will show them the first step to success is how they present themselves. This will be done by inspiring them to increase their life skills but also by teaching them how to carry themselves on the outside as young women.
