I hold space for men to transcend their limiting beliefs and serve in their greatest capacity 🤲

I believe our future is dependent on men coming together and growing together in the present moment 🌎

To that end I founded @Manscending with my wife as a space for men to achieve their potential through mindfulness-based practices and resources 🌊
