🥵Old me: I worked in the advertising agency world for 8 years, chasing money and corporate status ladder. To finally arrive at the top after working 70+hour weeks, burnouts, smoking, drinking and only to realize it’s not what I had envisioned; at all.

😬Current me; I chose to quit my corporate job and launch my own business as a nutrition and life coach because my purpose in live is to ; inspire and empower people to live their healthiest life; physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

🙌🏻I combined my passions of nutrition, fitness and mindfulness into becoming a health coach, and refuse to look back.
